"Hi, I'm Ticola. For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to guiding women who feel lost and disconnected back to their own inherent power. I understand the relentless cycle of overworking, the pressure to embody the impossible 'superwoman,' and the constant overwhelm of trying to meet unrealistic expectations of womanhood. I've also been there – the place where you habitually undervalue yourself, your time, your contributions, all in a desperate search for belonging, acceptance, or validation from others who may never truly see you.

That isolating space often overshadows the fundamental questions: Who am I? Where do I truly belong? What makes me unique? What is my purpose? Who am I meant to serve? Where is my tribe?
Navigating these questions alone can feel incredibly challenging.
Without a clear guide or a personal blueprint, I've witnessed countless women become trapped in a self-made prison, held captive by fear, resentment, disappointment, and profound isolation. They achieve external markers of success – the looks, the education, the right possessions. Yet, they still feel a profound lack of fulfillment, meaning, and significance, sensing a deeper calling they don't know how to answer.
That's where I step in. As a women's empowerment coach, my role isn't simply motivating you. It's to guide you towards that inner calling, to activate a profound connection with your True Self – your internal compass, the wellspring of creativity and divinity within you. I believe that every woman possesses an inner compass that, when followed, leads to a life of authenticity and fulfillment —her True North.
