3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Our Commitment
At True North Life Design, we are deeply committed to your transformation and satisfaction. We put our whole heart into every service, program, and course we offer. We want you to feel confident and clear when you invest in yourself through our programs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

3.2 One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your booking confirmation link or by contacting us at ticola@truenorthlifedesign.com. Timely cancellations may be rescheduled at no charge.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are forfeited without refund or reschedule.

3.3 Coaching Programs (The TNLD Program)
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all coaching programs. If you have completed less than 20% of the program content and feel the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund please email ticola@truenorthlifedesign.com with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
After 7 days or after completing more than 20% of program content, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to reach out if you are struggling so we can provide additional support before you consider a refund.

3.4 Online Courses (Thinkific)
Due to the digital nature of our online courses, all course sales are final once access has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a course, please contact us at ticola@truenorthlifedesign.com and we will resolve the issue promptly or offer an alternative solution.
In rare circumstances where a course is significantly different from what was advertised, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3.5 Digital Products and Downloads
All digital product sales including workbooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resources are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

3.6 The True North Sisterhood Society Membership
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time by contacting us at ticola@truenorthlifedesign.com. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds will be issued.
Annual memberships cancelled within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund. After 7 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but you will retain access for the remainder of the year.

3.7 Events and Workshops
Refunds for live events or workshops will be issued if requested more than 14 days before the event date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or applied as credit toward a future event at our discretion.
If True North Life Design cancels or significantly changes an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

3.8 Payment Plans
Enrolling in a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full agreed amount. If you wish to discontinue a payment plan program, remaining installments are still due unless a refund has been approved under the terms above. Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in loss of access to the program.

3.9 How to Request a Refund

Include: Your full name, purchase date, order number if applicable, and reason for your request.
We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
